Cancellation Policy for Prime Checkout

You may cancel your Prime Checkout service or subscription by submitting written notice prior to the start of your next billing cycle or renewal period. Cancellations made after a billing cycle has commenced may not be eligible for refunds and may be subject to applicable fees, as outlined in your service agreement or platform terms.

If your access to Prime Checkout is terminated due to a breach of contract or violation of our Terms of Service, no refunds or credits will be issued for any remaining or unused portion of your service.

Following cancellation or termination, any related account data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to export or retain any reports, transaction records, or documentation prior to the closure of your account.

Prime Checkout reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, service tier, or product offering at any time, with or without prior notice. In such cases, refunds will only be issued if explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
